These Terms and Conditions of Website Use (“Website Terms”) govern your use of any websites and social media pages operated, directed by or otherwise maintained by Kendra Scott, LLC, its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “Kendra Scott” or “we”) that display or link to these Terms (the “Sites”). You agree to these Website Terms and to our Privacy Policy by your access or use of the Sites and any of the services offered by Kendra Scott, including your purchase from the Sites or one of our retail locations, whether or not you are a registered user of the Sites. We reserve the right to change these Website Terms from time to time without notice to you, and any such changes will be effective upon publication on the Site. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE OR OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE WEBSITE TERMS, AND THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR ARE OTHERWISE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE.

Your Account

You may be required to create an account and specify a password in order to make purchases or use certain features on the Sites or in stores, including to become a Kendra Scott Insider. You must provide current, truthful and accurate information when creating an account. Please keep your account updated to reflect any changes. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Terms & Conditions of Club Kendra

Updated June 23, 2026: Club Kendra Loyalty Program is currently closed to new memberships. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern any Kendra Scott purchases made by you through the Sites and/or your visit to or purchase from one of our retail locations. You agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy by making a purchase from our website (whether or not you are a registered user) or one of our retail locations. Within these Terms, any reference to fine jewelry specifically excludes the engagement ring collection unless otherwise indicated. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISION. IT AFFECTS HOW DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND KENDRA SCOTT MAY BE RESOLVED.

Membership & Eligibility

Club Kendra membership is only available to legal residents of the United States, and you must be at least 18 years old. Employees of Kendra Scott, LLC are not eligible for Club Kendra membership.

Membership is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared with anyone else. In addition, you may only have one account per person.

To become a Club Kendra member, you must also have an online account as a Kendra Scott Insider. If you are not already a Kendra Scott Insider, you will be prompted to create an Insider account prior to purchasing your Club Kendra membership. Once purchased, your account and available perks will be active and valid for one year. Your Kendra Scott Insider account is subject to the terms and conditions of the Kendra Scott Insider Program.

International customers are not eligible for Club Kendra membership.

Order Cancellations

An agreement for Kendra Scott to sell goods to you is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price, and applicable tax are agreed on between you and Kendra Scott when an order is placed. You are responsible for the charges for transport, packaging, freight, and/or insurance of your order as reflected in the order summary provided upon checkout.
